Dahi sev puri chaat
Dahi sev puri chaat one more very popular chaat, snack, street food popular all over India as dahi puri chaat and is loved by all from kids to elders, mostly enjoyed in the evening as a snack with friends and families. Dahi sev puri chaat and dahi puri chaat are both same the only difference is sev, which is added more and covered fully on the yoghurt. In Mumbai, dahi puri chaat is known as dahi sev batata puri chaat, batata mean potatao and aloo in Hindi.

Dahi batata puri chaat one more very popular chaat, snack, street food of Mumbai and popular all over India as dahi puri chaat and is loved by all from kids to elders, mostly enjoyed in the evening as a snack with friends and families. Dahi batata puri in Mumbai , dahi means yoghurt , batata means potato, in Marathi language it is called batata and puris are the same which we use for pani puri (golgappa), which is in round shapes and crispy, which gives you nice crunch while eating.
Dahi papdi chaat
Dahi papdi chaat one more very popular chaat in India and is loved by all from kids to elders. Dahi papdi chaat made from Crispy puris covered with yoghurt, topped with spices and sweet and tangy chutney with other ingredients which gives us different flavour and taste from crunchy bite of papdis to softness of the yoghurt and from tangy and sweetness from the chutneys and spiciness from the spices.
Papdi chaat
Papdi chaat the name itself make us mouth water. A very popular Indian street chaat food. You can prepare papdi chaat with boiled potato, boiled chana (chickpea), yoghurt, sev and other ingredients. To make any chaat, you need to have few basic ingredients ready like for crispiness, papdi which is thin , flat and round shape like puri (can be bought from the shop), for sweetness which is tamarind and date chutney, for spiciness which is green chutney and other ingredients depending which chaat you are preparing.
